By creating a TapIn account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use TapIn. These terms apply to salon operators, employees, and end clients who interact with TapIn-powered booking flows.
TapIn provides a salon and spa management platform including appointment scheduling, AI-powered phone receptionist, employee management, payroll tracking, and marketing tools. Features vary by subscription plan.
TapIn sends transactional SMS messages (appointment confirmations and reminders) on behalf of salon operators. By providing a phone number to a TapIn-powered salon, you consent to receive these messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
TapIn's AI receptionist feature records and processes phone calls to assist with booking. By calling a TapIn-connected phone number, you consent to the call being processed by AI. Calls may be summarized and stored. Sensitive information shared during calls is handled per our Privacy Policy.
You may not use TapIn to:
TapIn is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
TapIn is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost bookings, missed appointments, or revenue loss resulting from platform downtime or AI errors. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted unless required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not class actions.
